LOGIN AND SIGN UPWesley Community Service Center was established by United Methodist Women in Portsmouth to respond to community needs and social issues. Today, the center continues to support Portsmouth’s Southside communities through Christian-based services, advocacy, and care.

Provides strategic direction and supports the center’s mission of community empowerment.
Assists board leadership and helps strengthen partnerships across Portsmouth.
Supports responsible financial oversight for programs, donations, and operations.
Helps maintain communication, records, and meeting documentation for the board.
To operate programs and services aimed at empowering the powerless and poor in Portsmouth’s Southside communities through Christian-based services that improve quality of life.
